Of course, in these days you probably prefer to stay in a small-scale resort instead of resorts made for mass tourism. Therefore, we can’t imagine a better choice than Djambo.
Because of the spacious set-up at Djambo (like swimming pool, garden, paths, parking lot), it is no problem at all to keep distance. All our apartments have their own fully equipped kitchen, so if you prefer to stay at home and want to cook something tasty, you’re able to do so in your own apartment.
Before you check into your apartment, we have cleaned everything intensively. We use a cleaning detergent, which is also used in hospitals. The apartment will be cleaned regularly during your stay. This "in-between" cleaning is not mandatory. If you prefer to do the cleaning yourself, we have cleaning products and fresh linen ready for you.
Due to the exchange of doctors and nurses with university hospitals of Amsterdam (the Netherlands), medical care on Bonaire is of a comparable level to Dutch hospitals.

Salt water from the sea is processed into drinking water. It is of very good quality. Drink enough water, at least 1,5 liter per day to avoid dehydration!
Take precautions against the sun, especially between 11 am and 3 pm. Use sun blocks, sun glasses, a hat. And remember that the chances of getting sun burned increase on the water while surfing or snorkling.
